Dal 21 al 23 Novembre, la nostra impresa simulata Perting srl volerà a Sinsheim (Germania) per partecipare alla Fiera Internazionale delle Imprese Simulate. Parteciperà inoltre al G.E.C, il Global Enterprise Challenge. Maggiori dettagli sull'evento qui.


Nel Marzo 2015 nel quadro del progetto RESINT "Riforma Collaborativa di Curricula sulla resilienza di gestione con sistemi intelligenti di Open Source e Realtà Aumentata" il secondo modulo di simulimpresa è stato realizzato da UNIBO (Vedi report ).

Nel periodo settembre - dicembre 2014 nel quadro del progetto RESINT "Riforma Collaborativa di Curricula sulla resilienza di gestione con sistemi intelligenti di Open Source e Realtà Aumentata" il modulo pilota sperimentale è stato realizzato da UNIBO (Vedi report ). In questa esperienza il soggetto principale è stato focalizzato sulla resilienza, secondo le esperienze progettuali precedenti (CENEAST e CASCADE) e gestito con l'obiettivo di preparare tre progetti a livello nazionale, regionale e comunale e in particolare:

      INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS IN WHICH FORLI' LABORATORY OF SIMULIMPRESA PARTICIPATED:

      These initiatives, although the high difficulties faced, allowed to achieve some relevant results having in common the promotion of the development model of Emilia-Romagna Region based on the diffused entrepreneurial initiative and on University centre of excellence decentralized in the territory. These realizations were attained due to a strong relationship among Self Local Governments, Universities and Entrepreneurial Organizations.

       

      OUR PROJECTS:


      1. Project: Regional Joint Doctoral Programme in Entrepreneurship and SME Management for Western Balkan Countries , DOCSMES


      This three-year Tempus project aims to develop and implement Joint Doctoral Programme in Entrepreneurship and SME Management, in order to complete the three cycled HE system in accordance with Bologna Process and key EHEA/ERA goals. This Programme will be the first doctoral programme in Entrepreneurship and SME Management organized as a third cycle at all Western Balkan Universities (WBU), co-beneficiaries of this Project.

      Recipients

      • Universities,which will emphasize the research as the most important part of the studies and gain trained administrative staff;
      • Professors,who will upgrade their teaching skills;
      • Students,who will increase their entire abilities, creativity and initiative.

      Forms and methods of development of the Project

      The Pilot Programme at the Faculty of Economics Prilep, UKLO, will be implemented. This Model was presented in several events and as a result of participation of AL an XK partners on the one of these events it can be confirmed that there is a common consent on this model as a basis among partners. The development of the Programme and its curriculum will be accomplished during the first Project year and it will be consisted of:

      • development of the curriculum by all partners in the Project through organizing intensive workshop
      • joint development of the syllabi
      • transfer of knowledge, teaching methods, research methodology with particular regards for the methodology of Simulimpresa.

      2. Project: Network for Post Graduate Masters in Cultural Heritage and Tourism Management in Balkan Countries, CHTMBAL


      The project aims to create an inter Universitary Network and a Post Graduate Master with a multidisciplinary profile: the student will develop a solid humanities base and tourism economics proficiencies, management skills in the field of valorization and capacity of organization of the touristic flows towards the rich cultural heritage of the Balkan countries, both in public institutions and in private enterprises.

      Forms and methods of development of the Project

      The Master Pilot will take place in the two Balkan Universities of Shkoder (AL) and Pritzen (KS), with the partnership of the Durres University. The project foresees teacher and administrative mobility (for all the partners) and Master Pilot student mobility according to European-standard education and formation.

      3.Project: "Reformation of the Curricula on Built Environment in the Eastern Neighbouring Area",TEMPUS CEN EAST

      Summary of the project: Wider Objective: To upgrade the curricula on built environment in the universities of Belarus, Russia and Ukraine according to Bologna practices in order to increase their capacity to continually modernise, enhance the quality and relevance of education of the building and civil engineering students to the labour market needs and to ensure international cooperation. Principal outcomes and outputs:

      • Reviewed and upgraded curricula of BSc/specialists, MSc and PhD programmes in PC universities, basing on Bologna practices;
      • Developed and formally approvable modules and study materials in accordance to labour market needs;
      • Developed virtual interuniversity networked educational system;
      • Training of staff, execution of lecturing plans, teaching, lecturing and guest visits;
      • Training at least of 240 students according to new modules;
      • Communication on project development, innovation, idea exchange and dissemination.

      Specific objectives:

      • To upgrade curricula of BSc/specialists, MSc and PhD programmes with new modules on energetically and ecologically sustainable, affordable and healthy built environment in universities of Belarus, Russia and Ukraine in order to enhance the quality and relevance of education in PC universities to labour market needs;
      • To transfer the Bologna practices in education (curriculum development, ECTS, innovative learning, etc.) from EU universities to PC universities;
      • To develop a virtual interuniversity networked educational system (intelligent library, intelligent tutoring system, intelligent knowledge assessment system, access to the e-sources of the research and educational information) in order to ensure cooperation among the EU and PC universities in education and research;
      • To assist the competence development of staff within the PC universities;
      • To train at least 240 students during the pilot project.

      4.Project: "Collaborative Reformation of Curricula on Resilience Management with Intelligent Systems in Open Source and Augmented Reality",RESINT

      TOTAL PROJECT FINANCE: 570.238 Euro

      Summary of the project: RESINT wants to contribute to the reform and implementing of curricula in resilience management with the collaboration of not academic partners through the elaboration and offer in an open source platform, of a model that comprehensively reflects best practices from business companies, NGOs and government in managing operational resilience across the disciplines of business continuity management, security management, post catastrophe practices and IT operations management.

      The collaborative approach between academic and not academic organizations will overcome the existing inadequacy of university courses, curricula and syllabuses that do not meet the needs of the world of labour from one side and the lack of professional skills and attitudes from the other.

      The main results of RESINT are:

      • Structured Educational Programmes (BSc, MSc, PhD) with syllabuses and courses
      • Pilot modules framed in Short Courses on Resilience Management
      • Tools based on Augmented reality and Intelligent Computer Learning Systems (its integration) implemented
      • Innovative didactical methodology (Simulimpresa) applied
      • Training courses with internship and stage in external organizations
      • Dissemination; Career and placement service implemented
      • Agreements between Universities and Enterprises

      All these results will be made available by an open source WEB Site managed by the Project Network and freely disseminating Project Results. Once the virtual network will be created, it will attract new users because it provides an innovative method for delivering educational/training content for resilience management. Based upon the issues and resources identified in the study previous to this project proposal, RESINT consortium may wish to consider the following areas of potential future work: Address the platform issue; Build Continuing Education to support the online learning; Developing further projects in this field particularly as it concerns collaborative educational network governance.

      5. Project: "Collaborative Action towards Societal Challenges through Awareness, Development, and Education", CASCADE


      APPLICANT: University of Salford

      DURATION: 01/10/2013 (18 months)
      TOTAL PROJECT FINANCE: 335,550 Euro

      SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT: CASCADE aims to provide the foundation for a future INCONET programme targeting South Asian Countries, which will promote bi-regional coordination of Science &Technology (S&T) cooperation, including priority setting and definition of S&T cooperation policies.

      The objectives of CASCADE, as an 18-month supporting action, are to:

      • compile a regional position paper that identifies global challenges and research priorities
      • map and develop an inventory of national and regional stakeholders related to global challenges
      • raise awareness on research & innovation priorities for fostering cooperation and towards building mutual understanding on how to address common global societal challenges.

      CASCADE targets & has the participation of all South Asian countries specified in the Call: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

      The project comprises five work packages (WP):

      • WP1 will, coordinate the delivery of project outputs, ensure achievement of anticipated outcomes, and develop and manage project infrastructure.
      • WP2 will produce national (Afghanistan, Bangladesh,Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka) and regional (Southern Asia) position papers providing a consensus on the key societal challenges in the region linked to Horizon2020.
      • WP3 will identify and map the key of national and regional stakeholders that can influence and address these societal challenges.
      • WP4 will engage these key stakeholders, raise awareness of the potential for EU-Southern Asia cooperation, and stimulate their participation in Horizon 2020.
      • WP5 will use the position papers from WP2 and stakeholder maps from WP3 to compile a policy brief with recommendations to the European Commission on how to promote bi-lateral cooperation with Southern Asia with a view to tackling key societal challenges of mutual interest. WP5 will also promote Southern Asian contacts among major European stakeholders.

      Summary of the project: The Exploratory Seminar "Restoration and revitalization of Roman Amphiteatres. European experiences and applicability in Balkan Countries" was proposed to the CEI as a project having the aim of examining and discussing the restoration and re-vitalization of roman amphitheatres in an inter disciplinary approach mainly involving : archeology, management, marketing and communication. This discussion among experts of different disciplines will produce concrete suggestions, indications of operational protocol and guidelines for the programs realization to verify immediately in international project and pilot experiences.

      Summary of the project: Target of the project was the realization in Astrakhan University of a didactical programme that involves teachers and students in an exploratory seminar addressed to put the methodological basis for the submission of further projects in this field. The seminar in Astrakhan has been anticipated by a seminar in Italy (Parma) with the support and contribution of AIPO - The Interregional Agency for Po River. The Low Volga area is characterized by an unbalanced development of the two river sides separated from a cultural, economical and political perspective. The topics of the project were:

      • mobility of people, goods and information along the river of Volga
      • development of touristic culture
      • growth of local systems through the diffusion of SMEs
      • valorization of local culture
      • increasing of young and weak categories employment
      The results were :
      • submission of further projects in the field
      • mobility of teachers and students between University of Bologna and University of Astrakhan
      • publications
      • two international seminars realized : one in Italy and one in Astrakhan with an international audience and participation. These seminars allowed to give visibility to the action and to acquire competencies in river governance

      8. Project: "Development and promotion of local systems to support innovative SMEs in Albania, Bosnia H. and Serbia", SVILOPIM


      The SVILOPIM project for the development and promotion of local systems aiming at the creation of innovative SMEs in Albania, Bosnia H and Serbia is a project INTERREG/CARDS/PHARE funded within the framework of Adriatic New Neighbourhood Programme 2006-2008. CENEAST is a project that creates a virtual interuniversity networked educational system intended for the development of the energetically and ecologically sustainable, affordable and healthy built environment. It developes modules for BSc/specialists, MSc and PhD degrees in such a way that each PC university can implement it with respect to regional culture, traditions and demands. These modules will be planned to satisfy labor market demands and requirements for international student mobility. Also aims to train PC students in accordance with the newly developed modules.

      The project was addressed to the following areas: Elbasan and Scutari (Albania), Banja Luka and Tuzla (Bosnia H.), Kragujevac and Subotica (Serbia). The sectors were: the Self Local Governments engaged in the local development and the SMEs in the mechanical, textile, services and tourism one.

      Partners of the project were in Italy Bologna University (Scientific-Didactical Pole) as Grant Holder, Ancona, Pescara and Lecce Universities together with the Forlì-Cesena Province and Municipality of Forlì. Cesena Municipality contributed to the realization fo project activities related to Elbasan city. The local partners were coordinated by Belgrado University together with Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Elbasan and Shkoder Universities.

      The project started on 18 May 2007 with the agreement stipulated in Emilia - Romagna Region by the representative of Scientific-Didactical Pole, as administrative manager of the project. Bologna University - Forlì Faculty of Economics carried out functions of group leader, under the scientific responsibility of prof. Massimo Bianchi.

      The operative activities began since July 2007 with a sequence of surveys in the involved Countries and with the start up of courses in September for the education to enterprise in the target geographical areas.

      9. Project:TEMPUS for the implementation of ECTS in Kazakhstan

       

      The project, in which the Faculty of Economics was the coordinator, contributed both to the introduction of ECTS in Kazakhstan Universities for the start up of the democratization process according to the Bologna Process, both to the empowerment of mobility services for students, researchers and teachers.

      10. Project: "Transfer of the mechanical laboratory of CPE of Cesena in Elbasan"


      Together with the Municipality of Cesena as Grant Holder, the project " Feasibility study and pilot initiative in the field of professional education and to enterprise for the weak categories in Elbasan city", was realized and funded by the Regional Law of Cooperation with Transition Countries.

      The project was a feasibility study but in the operative framework the "studied" subject was really actuated in the transfer of the whole mechanical laboratory of Cesena Center of Professional Education (CPE) to Elbasan CPE.

      11. Project: "Project Social Work and Long Life Learning for the weak categories in Bosnia H"


      The project for the development of Social Work and Long Life Learning for the weak categories in Bosnia H was carried out in the period 2004-2008. This project was addressed to the activation and enforcement of local capacities in the field of social work, through the education of academic staff and operators in the framework of social entrepreneurship and predisposition of pilot course addressed to weak categories.

      In particular, also in connection with Simulated Enterprise, the formation of operators in Non profit field was carried out.

      12. Project: "Coordination of the initiative for the "Creation of an International Bureau of ECTS in Central Asia Universities"


      The project was developed on the basis of the agreement signed in Taraz in May 2007 with the patrocinate of our University and at the presence of the Kazakhstan Ministry of Education and Science. The purpose was to create a coordination office, within the ECTS framework, among the main Universities of the Central Asia Countries (University of International Business in Almaty (Kz); Ministry of Education of Uzbekistan; Tashkent State University of Economics; Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute of Uzbekistan; Russian-Tadjik (slavic) University (RTSU); Ministry of Education of Tadjikistan; Issyk-Kul State University named after K.Tynystanov ; Naryn Sate University; Ministry of Kyrgyzstan; Djiaz Politechnic University; Batken State University).

INCONTRO CON Bec Simulimpresa.

A metà novembre si è svolto l'incontro con Bec Simulimpresa, società dell'Università di Parma simulato. Dopo un confronto, circa un'ora, in merito alle attività all'interno degli uffici di entrambe le società, Perting Srl ha effettuato un ordine di 1000 € (sul catalogo di Bec) come segno di collaborazione e interesse a lavorare insieme.
